Otherwise, after browsing you may contact us by phone, email, chat or Facebook with any questions and to set up your appointment to come in.
Do I need an appointment?
No, you do not need an appointment, but we want to make sure we are in the office and have an idea of what you are looking for. We exhibit at many trade shows and are offices are periodically closed from time to time.
During our correspondence over the phone, by email or chat, we will ask you some brief questions so when you come in we will have some suggestions already prepared for you. Or, if you would just like to browse, we have Houston’s best selection of diamonds and engagement ring with over 700 of the latest style in stock. We are sure to have something for everybody.
On Line or Over the Phone Purchases
At this time we do not have an ad to cart feature on the website. This is because there are so many factors that go into making sure you get the diamond or engagement ring you will cherish for years to come. We feel it is best to personally speak with our customers, listen to their needs, explain the differences and help you to choose the piece that fits you the best.
Our experts have over 25 years experience, starting back when the internet was new and online diamond purchases were rare, to today’s information age where it seems most things are able to be purchased online.
When we have made a choice we will discuss expected time frame and email you an invoice through Paypal. If you don’t have an account, don’t worry, you can sign in as a guest and your credit card information and transaction will be taken and protected. When your piece is ready we will mail it overnight insured mail through UPS so you are protected in the event of loss or damage. An adult will need to sign up for the package so we choose a time shipping location that is most convenient for you.
